para o tratamento da estenose intracraniana. \u00c9 um cateter coaxial de duplo l\u00famen com l\u00famen-guia de 0,014&#8243; e l\u00famen funcional de 0,0165&#8243;. Est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel em diferentes di\u00e2metros de bal\u00e3o (1,5 mm, 2,0 mm, 2,5 mm, 3,0 mm, 3,5 mm e 4,0 mm) e um comprimento de 8 mm para todos os di\u00e2metros.<\/p>\n<p>O comprimento \u00fatil do cateter de 150 cm permite o acesso at\u00e9 mesmo a les\u00f5es distais. Tamb\u00e9m pode ser utilizado em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com cateteres interm\u00e9dios para estabilidade adicional.<\/p>\n<p>O bal\u00e3o apresenta duas marca\u00e7\u00f5es radiopacas, uma em cada extremidade do bal\u00e3o. Deve ser insuflado por meio de um insuflador com man\u00f3metro. Para cada unidade, \u00e9 anexada uma tabela esterilizada com os di\u00e2metros correspondentes a cada press\u00e3o. A press\u00e3o nominal \u00e9 de 6 bar (atmosferas) para todas as dimens\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Caracter\u00edsticas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A constru\u00e7\u00e3o do eixo de pol\u00edmero m\u00faltiplo com um gradiente de flexibilidade e rigidez proximal-distal permite um controlo eficaz e preciso, mesmo atrav\u00e9s de anatomias tortuosas.<\/li>\n<li>A ponta flex\u00edvel com marcador distal radiopaco garante o acesso n\u00e3o traum\u00e1tico atrav\u00e9s da estenose.<\/li>\n<li>O baixo perfil de entrada e o revestimento hidrof\u00edlico duplo garantem uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o suave, at\u00e9 mesmo nas estenoses mais estreitas.<\/li>\n<li>O conceito de bal\u00e3o semicompat\u00edvel oferece a vantagem de poder aumentar o di\u00e2metro nominal em at\u00e9 0,5 mm sem efeito de constri\u00e7\u00e3o
