ACCERO
Low mesh density flow diverter for vessels with diameter from 1.5 to 4.0 mm and compatible with 0.0165 “microcatheter.
The stent technique allows us to treat not only a cerebral aneurysm but also in selected cases the affected arterial segment, trying to prevent the evolutionary phenomenon that in certain patients means aneurysmal disease.
This device has a very high arterial wall coverage compared to a conventional braided stent, with a flow diversion effect since it has the ability to vary the hemodynamic flows in the entry segment to the neck of the aneurysm. ACCERO® is a low-density flow diversion, suitable for arterial segments at risk of perforating artery occlusion.
The ACCERO® device meets all the requirements of a next-generation braided stent such as easy handling, safe repositioning and specific treatment of its surface that reduces the thrombogenic response.
The device allows the treatment of various anatomies in vessels with diameters from 1.5 mm to 4.0 mm. The wide range of sizes comprises diameters of 2.5 mm, 4.0 mm and lengths from 10 mm to 25 mm. All ACCERO® device sizes can navigate through a microcatheter or internally lighted double lumen remodeling balloon of 0.0165″.
Features:
- ACCERO® shows minimal friction during navigation and expansion due to its patented BlueXide® surface finish and special braiding properties
- Its flared ends optimize its stability
- Its radiopacity is maximum as a result of the composition of its nitinol filaments with a platinum core and its three radiopaque platinum-iridium markers at both ends
- Its release is very precise due to the guide with a safety system (“GP” technology) and the device can be resheatable almost entirely during implantation
