The ACCLINO® Flex Plus Intracranial Stent is the fourth generation of closed cell stents from Acandis. Offers a wide range of sizes for the treatment of various anatomies, allowing to treat vessels from 1.5mm to 6.0mm in diameter

Diameters of 3.5mm, 4.5mm and 5.5mm can pass through microcatheters with internal lumen of 0.0165”. The 6.5mm diameter devices pass through microcatheters with an internal lumen of 0.021″. This allows the treatment of wide neck intracranial aneurysms with stents and coils without changing the microcatheter

• The design improves the apposition to the vessel wall and provides good adaptability, based on the optimized asymmetric cell configuration and smoothly flared ends
• Improved self-expanding behavior due to its balanced radial force and adaptive cell geometry
• Presents minimal friction during deployment thanks to its electro-polished surface
• Avoids irritation of the vessel wall and maximizes light permeability as a result of the stent’s low structural profile and its radiopaque markers
• Its release is very precise thanks to the guide with a safety system (“GP” technology) and the possibility of resheatable up to 95% of the length of the stent
• At its distal end, it carries a 0.004” gold atraumatic guide that, in addition, has a “J” shaped tip to facilitate navigation and prevent accidental progression through perforating branches
